1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 09vet platform ("we", "09vet") and its users ("you", "user"). 09vet is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

09vet's Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the date of any changes.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

To create an account with 09vet, you must provide the following information accurately. Accounts registered with incorrect or false information may be closed at any time.

Information required at registration:

• Active mobile number (linked to bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
• Correct date of birth
• Valid email address
• Current residential address

Account Security:

Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately through our Help Center notify us.

Only one account per person is permitted on 09vet. Any attempt to operate multiple accounts by the same individual, household, or device will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

09vet is an adults-only platform. Account registration requires meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
• The account must be created of your own free will and volition
• Accounts cannot be operated on behalf of another person
• Professional players are subject to the relevant regulations

09vet is firmly committed to protecting minors from gambling. If we determine that a minor is using an account, that account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to keep your account secure from underage members of your household.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposit rules:

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General bonus terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically 10–30x the bonus amount
• Bonuses are subject to an expiry period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the deadline passes
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account suspended

Welcome Bonus:

09vet offers a special welcome bonus for new members. To qualify, your first deposit must fall within a specified amount. If you withdraw your deposit while the bonus is still active, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules & Decisions

The following rules apply when placing bets on 09vet. These Terms & Conditions cover all betting types — Sports, Live Casino, Virtual, and eSports.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature)
• 09vet reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds displayed due to a system error
• If a match is abandoned, the bet will be void and the stake refunded
• Bets will not be accepted if the account has insufficient balance
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by event
• 09vet is not liable for bets that fail to process during live betting due to network issues

Dispute Resolution:

If you have a dispute regarding any bet outcome, contact our support centre within 72 hours. 09vet's decision shall be considered final. Only results from official sports federations will be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09vet platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action:

• Use of betting bots or automation software
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Harassing or threatening our customer support team
• Stealing another user's information or phishing

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

09vet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms and Conditions violation
• In cases of registration using false information
• If KYC verification is not completed
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• When required by a court or regulatory authority

Account closure at the user's own request:

9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

09vet shall not be held liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues
• Errors caused by third-party software or payment gateways
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)
• If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence
• In the event of service discontinuation due to changes in government policy

09vet strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of errors at all times. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact Information

09vet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users via email or platform notification before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms & Conditions have been published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please discontinue use of the platform.
